So my friend Mike is in this cover band called Boston Common and they played their fairly weekly show at the Tap last night. It was the first time that I had the opportunity to check out Boston Common and I must say. They rock out…HARD. They played a lot of the hits and a number of classics and the audience absolutely loved them. Me and my pink shirt even got a shoutout during one song where Mike essentially freestyled because he didn’t really know the words. It’s now nearly 6 hours later and I still can’t completely hear in my right ear. T’was awesome. If you’ve got a moment you should definitely check them out. They have shows on Thursdays and Saturdays at a couple of bars near Quincy Market.
